Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

Working within the CAF Bank Risk & Compliance team, you will be accountable for delivering rigorous and effective prudential risk oversight to ensure that CAF’s regulated entity, CAF Bank adhere to all regulatory requirements, as laid down by the PRA. Your experience will be called upon to liaise with a number of small teams, ensuring key prudential and regulatory risks are monitored under an appropriate framework.

You will be a Certified Person under the Senior Managers Regime and will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer.

The successful applicant will need to possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, have extensive regulatory compliance experience and, ideally, hold a professional compliance qualification or equivalent. Specialist knowledge of the retail banking sector including monitoring Compliance frameworks, monitoring of material outsourcing arrangements and the approval of financial promotions would also be a distinct advantage.
