SALES PROGRESSOR REQUIRED IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS

£20,000 PER ANNUM

A rare opportunity for a sales progressor covering a busy pipeline. A great working environment with a great atmosphere established and renowned independent Estate Agency who are now looking for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor


The role will includes:

•Working alongside the Sales Negotiators and Manager
•You will be Sales Progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion
•Telephone liaison and administration
•Speaking with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors
•Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Requirements:

The successful applicant must be customer focused, self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills with a passion to succeed in a challenging environment. Previous estate agency experience is preferred, tenacity, target driven, patient, motivated, hard working, good listener, determined, calm,& unflappable!.
