Customer Sales Advisor £14,500 per annum

Working in a busy Sales Office on the Inbound Sales Team you will be part of a team that is jointly responsible for providing market leading service levels which focuses on our customer promise.

A critical function that centres on keeping our customers, growing sales and assisting to win new business.
You will be responsible for all aspects of service that relate to our customer; taking phone calls, corresponding via email, keeping the customer updated on progress of matters and processing requests.

Main duties and responsibilities:
To provide a high level of access through the telephone
Investigate and resolve any queries liaising with internal departments and outside suppliers, ensure they are dealt with on a regular basis
To ensure all orders are input correctly and efficiently
Actively promote any products and services to increase business
Support in managing a variety of email inboxes in the sales department from orders to discrepancies/complaints and product sourcing
Actively promote products and services to increase revenue sales where appropriate
Provide excellent customer service and deal with any query promptly and efficiently
Able to deal with any request from our customer base with ownership
Work to activity to customer KPIs
Collaborate across all departments to action any customer requests

This role comes with good prospects and benefits to include 25 days holiday, parking, pension
Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
