Lauriem Complete Care Ltd is a successful social care organisation, committed to providing excellent quality care for people in their own homes. The role will be based either in our Aylesford office or from home (depending on shift hours).

We are currently looking to cover the following shifts:
Saturday - 7am until 2pm
Saturday - 2pm until 10pm (from home)
Sunday - 7am until 2pm
Sunday 2pm until 10pm (from home)

This position requires you to cover bank holidays and provide on-call cover for sickness, annual leave.

Key job responsibilities:
• To support the On-Call team during out of hours, ensuring that all Service User’s visits are allocated to a member of care staff and to support and deal with any issues that are reported in.
• Liaise with Community Care Workers, Supervisors, Service Users, families, hospitals, Doctors, District Nurses and Care Management.

Job Specification:
• Be knowledgeable regarding safeguarding vulnerable adults, health and safety, equality and diversity and company policies and procedure
• Experience and capacity to understand and take account of the needs and difficulties of people who experience physical and mental health problems
• Experience of providing high quality Customer service
• Computer literate
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to probe and follow up on issues
• Knowledge of CQC regulations & data protection act (Desirable)
