Customer Services Consultants - interviews to start in April 2017!

The role itself will be responsible for contacting customers over the telephone, working with bulk accounts that you have been allocated. As well as calling customers you will also process relevant information onto the system and payments.
It is essential that you have excellent customer services skills, able to communicate with people at all levels. You will need to be methodical, self motivated and able to work to targets in a busy environment. Having strong negotiation skills and the confidence to have sensitive discussions with customers whilst acting professionally is a must. You will also be numerate.
You will work on a rotating shift pattern;
Week 1 - 7.45am - 2.30pm Mon-Fri
Week 2 - 2.15pm - 9.00pm Mon-Fri , 8:45-13:00 every other Saturday
We have interview slots the next few Thursdays throughout March
it will take around 2 weeks to clear you with the checks
Credit checks and DBS checks needed for this role as well as grade C and above in English and Maths
