Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Department: Customer service team, service desk
Reporting to: Service desk manager
Hours: 9-5.30pm or 8-4.30pm
Salary: Up to £15000 depending on experience

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for our clients to call when they have a question or problems with their system, ensuring customer satisfaction is met with every interaction. Reporting in to the Service Desk Manager, you will work closely with our 1st, 2nd & 3rd line service desk teams & ensure our customers are kept up-to date & happy.


A day in this role will include:
• Taking all incoming service queries from Customer Service assigned accounts
• Logging cases on our CRM system & setting initial priority levels
• Issuing cases out to our technical teams
• Keeping our customers updated with progress
• Working closely with all teams within the Uniware Customer Service department & ensuring cases are kept up-to date and with the correct person \ team
• Managing the CRM database, ensuring all client information is kept up to date


To be successful in this role you will have:
• Essential: Excellent customer service and communication skills (Customer service champion)
• Essential: Proficiency in using Microsoft; Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Essential: Good grammar, spelling & email skills
• Essential: Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to plan and priorities workloads to meet deadlines and performance targets
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive approach to working
• Desirable: Experience of using a call logging \ CRM system
