Can you offer superior customer service skills in a customer contact centre setting, but hate cold calling?

We are currently recruiting for an established and key employer located on Kings Hill, specialising in Insurance for a Contact Centre Associate on a PART TIME BASIS with full training available.

This position has become available due to a new business opportunity within the business, creating a new department within their Operations Division, which is focused on placing life insurance and related products, with interested customers.

THERE IS NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED!!
Instead you will be provided with warm leads following a customer’s documented genuine desire to purchase.
We are looking for people with superior customer service skills who have the flexibility to apply this experience to a role that has a sales orientation.

Skills Needed
•Customer services experience with strong communication skills.
•Able to handle challenging scenarios in a professional manner
•Works on own initiative while also being a team player
•Reliable
•Confident and enthusiastic
•Flexible
•Computer Literate
•Excellent organisation skills and an ability to plan your own time.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage the end to end customer journey from statement of interest to sale closure
•Build positive rapport with customers, arranging call backs where necessary
•Maximise revenue and sales for the business
•Accurately update and maintain the database
•Contribute to the continuous development of the department
•Gather, analyse and distribute meaningful MI to relevant departments

Qualifications Required
•5 GCSE level qualifications, grade C or above

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with an appetite to provide high class customer service. As importantly we want to attract candidates with a real passion to learn, who are able to demonstrate a commitment to forging a long term career.

Working Hours:
22 hours per week between the hours of 5.00pm - 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1.30pm Saturdays.

Salary:
£11,000.00 per annum (which equates to iro £9.65 per hour x 22 hours per week)
Amazing working conditions

The successful applicant would need to make themselves available for 2 weeks full time in house training.
