Outline of the Role:
The Bunker provides Ultra Secure Managed Hosting, Colocation and IT Outsourcing from within UK’s most secure Data Centres.
We are looking to recruit for a role that will be responsible for assisting the technical teams in the delivery of sales-related documentation including indicative pricing and order forms, solution documentation and diagrams.
Applicants must be customer focused and have the ability to manage customer expectations. A good knowledge and understanding of computers, sending mail and using word documents is required. Applicants must also have excellent communication skills.
Some Key Responsibilities
• Participating with senior technical staff in client meetings to capture solution requirements and take meeting minutes and actions
• Understand how the captured requirements map to The Bunker’s standard products and services
• Collate the solution components from our products and services catalogue and bring them together into the final customer-facing documents
• Input the solution components into our pricing tools to provide indicative and final pricing
• Assist technical and sales colleagues in optimising the process to produce the best possible output in the shortest amount of time
• Update the CRM system to ensure the current status of an opportunity is communicated to all interested parties
• Maintain up-to-date pricing for standard components through authorized suppliers
• Produce quotations for equipment and software through authorised suppliers
• Maintain stock, asset and software licensing databases
Required Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
