REGISTERED MANAGER
Frindsbury House, Rochester
40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
depending on qualifications and experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential care home manager near Rochester in Kent.
Frindsbury House is a 23 bed home offering care for adults with physical disabilities and specialising in the provision of care for people with Huntington’s Disease.
Responsibilities include:
• The management of the Home and the provision of quality care to our residents in accordance with CQC Standards, our policies and procedures and in compliance with all relevant legislation.
• The commercial performance of the Home through financial and resource management.
You will :
• Possess Level 4 NVQ/Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or a nursing qualification.
• Have proven experience in leading and managing people in residential social care.
• Be able to demonstrate an employment history of working with adults in a residential care home environment.
• Possess confidence and innovation along with excellent organisation and influencing skills
• Be an outstanding communicator and team builder
• Demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm for consistent improvement to service
