Sales Director / Head of Business Development – Recruitment (£40k + Commission + Equity Return)

The role: To be the driving factor behind organic growth as we expand through 2017 and beyond. To create and close new opportunities from large data pools, inbound leads and an extensive existing client list. The Sales Director / Head of Business Development will pitch our services to new clients, tailor bespoke packages for existing clients, attend networking events, build a sales team and define sales strategies.

The successful candidate should have a solid background in recruitment and possess strong experience in building client relationships, developing new accounts and leading sales teams.
