Keel Toys are a leading designer and importer of quality soft toys.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to fill the following vacancy to enhance our Despatch Team:
Sales Order Processor / Consigning Clerk
The job will involve the processing of orders using our in house system SAP, booking in deliveries with customers, producing consignment labels and creating picking lists for our warehouse in order to despatch orders and Liaising with carriers to obtain POD’s for deliveries.
The successful candidate must also be able to communicate effectively at all levels, enjoy teamwork and be committed to providing a first class service to our customers.
37.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Job Description as below;
• Process orders including UK, Irish and overseas.
• Contact customers to arrange a convenient date for delivery of their order
• Print the warehouse manifest’s daily
• Produce consignment labels for the warehouse
• Order and keep stock of consignment labels
• Invoice orders after despatch
• Liaise with carriers to arrange collections
• Obtain POD’s for all deliveries and upload into our in-house system
• Manage an efficient filing system
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth progress of orders
• Work closely with all members of staff
• Carry out any other duties and tasks given by Management that are deemed appropriate
