Kitchen Designer & Salesperson
Due to the successful expansion and growth to our business, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Kitchen/Bedroom Designer to join our team.
About Us
We are an established bespoke kitchen, bathroom and bedroom designer, manufacturer and retailer, with over 37 years in this market. Our market segment surrounds middle to upmarket custom, and our approach is heavily focused on the high quality design, fitting and service that is delivered to our clients. A large proportion of our new business is acquired through recommendation, therefore it is essential that only client friendly design perfectionists apply to this role.
We are a small/medium sized company with our head office and factory based in the Medway area of Kent, with showrooms in Gillingham and South East London.
The Role
You will make clients feel welcome from the moment they enter the showroom to the minute that they walk out the door. You will be responsible for converting customer enquires to appointments, designs and sales. With a number of years of kitchen experience behind you, you will have a proven track record of excellent kitchen design, and will be able to build great rapport with your clients. Your performance will be measured on your sales performance, conversion rate, and critical attention to detail. Therefore it is important that you are very driven and take a thorough approach in all of your work.
About You
We are looking for a talented kitchen designer, with a number of years experience in designing.
In addition to being an experienced and talented kitchen designer, it is important that you have CAD design skills, and are competent in using the design programme 2020 Fusion Software. You must be a good sales person, with great communication skills and a pleasant persona. Experience in bedroom design would be an advantage, but this is not critical. You must be able to prove that you have a good track record in kitchen design, and also be able to show us examples of your own design work.
