We are currently looking for an experienced conveyancing secretary to join our very busy residential property department in Maidstone. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 17.15.
To be considered for the role we would expect any applicant to have a sound, up-to- date understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Additionally they will have previously worked within the legal environment and have successfully supported fee earners with transactional matters on the sale and purchase of residential properties, as part of their daily work.
Whoever joins the team will be excellent at prioritising and organising their daily work, be adaptable to meet the needs of the department and also work within strict timeframes to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client.
The team use a case management system as part of their daily work so it is vital that everyone has great IT skills. Previous case management experience is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training for everyone who joins the firm.
