Chord Engineering Ltd are a Kent based commercial and industrial electrical contractor. They are currently looking to increase their work force with the addition of electricians. The company is 13 years old and specialises in commercial installations particularly hospitals, and holds an impressive portfolio of sites. They also work in the industrial environment conducting work on motors and control panels, responding to electrical breakdowns when required.
All applicants must be experienced and hold the following qualifications;
- Level 3 award in the Requirements Electrical Installation BS7671 17th edition
- Level 3 NVQ in electrotechnical services (or equivalent)
In addition to the above, applicants must be able to work well alone, in a team and as a supervisor when required. Holding good communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with the client and site managers when required. You will need to be a hard working, reliable individual with a strong work ethic who understands the needs of the business.
The majority of work is in and around London, hours on site are generally 0800-1600 with two unpaid 30 minute breaks. There is plenty of opportunity for overtime and call outs.
