An exciting opportunity has become available for a B2B2C Sales Support Agent, reporting directly to the B2B Sales Support & Development Manager
Within this role you will provide the highest level of customer and sales support service in relation to processing requests received from internal/external customers within the agreed KPIs.
You will also process bookings and amendment requests and also deal with any associated administration for staff concessions and other staff benefits.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- good sales experience
- office based administration experience
- a positive, flexible and responsible attitude to work
- an excellent attention to detail
- the ability to cope with a fast moving environment and business change
Ideally you will also have:
- previous office based experience
- knowledge of German, Dutch or French language (written/spoken)
- knowledge of using Salesforce management system or similar
- a full valid passport
