Red Eagle Recruitment Group is looking for an additional team member to join our Commercial and Corporate Division. The Division has grown year on year supplying White Collar & Technical staff to various business throughout Kent & the UK.
We now have a business need for an Experienced Account Manager to manage some prestigious accounts. As the Account Manager you will be key in ensuring that recruitment requirements are delivered in line with our client's expectations and contractual obligations. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships and providing a seamless and efficient quality service to both our clients and candidates.
Tasks
Facilitating the recruitment process for all temporary/contractor hires
Providing dedicated support and guidance for both candidates and Client
Managing all hires within agreed SLA's and KPI's
Manage queries and complaints from all parties to achieve resolution
Support in the production of contractual Management Information and the ability to review and interpret data for sharing with the client.
The Person:
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the complete recruitment process from candidate attraction, job offer to “on-boarding”. Experience of working within Recruitment Account Management, or the ability to demonstrate knowledge of complex service Account management. Establishing close working relationships quickly and effectively is key, as is the ability to understand the contractual obligations of a strategic account. You will ideally have the following experience and knowledge;
• Organised, proactive, keen to learn and be challenged every day.
• Work well under pressure, whilst juggling and prioritising your workload.
• Passionate about service excellence and achieving successful outcomes.
• Creative in driving the business forward strategically through innovation and desire.
• Literate in all Microsoft PC packages and ATS systems.
• Good Knowledge of Recruitment Processes.
• Understanding of the following Sectors: Pharmaceutical, Legal or Insurance (Not Essential).
• Supply of “white collar” temporary & contracted staff Advantageous.
• Knowledge of HR procedure advantageous.
