Job description.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will control and manage all the company’s research and development functions, including feasibility studies, product innovation, development of new products and improvement of existing products. Other duties will include the approval of technical literature for the company, supervising all external projects or clinical evaluations and assistance with troubleshooting production problems.

The successful candidate will need to be creative, self motivated, confident and well organized with the ability to manage R&D staff and programmes within agreed budgets.
