Johnsons Garden Buildings are South East’s largest independent provider of outdoor space solutions, installing home offices, home gyms and summerhouses across the Home Counties.
Due to continuous expansion and growth we are looking for a highly organised, confident and efficient Customer Service professional to join our team. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and so this role is key to ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional after sales experience.
The Role:
Based at our Training and Development Centre at Challock, near Ashford you will be responsible for the day to day administration processes as well as handling customer enquiries by telephone.
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office with a real attention to detail, be organised and able to communicate with all our internal departments effectively, as well as have the ability to manage a busy workload.
Customer contact is a large part of the day to day job and so you must have a very confident manner when speaking with customers on the telephone and be able to provide answers to their queries whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service at all times.
This role would suit someone who is keen to grow with the company and looking for a new challenge.
Key Skills:
• Customer service experience essential
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent time management
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook due to the process and procedures in place
The Package:
Salary: £20,000 subject to experience
Hours: Full Time
Comprehensive induction and full on the job training given
