Our client is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator with multi-modal shipping skills to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent English language skills and a foreign language would be an advantage but not essential. You will be computer literate together with the ability to work quickly, accurately and under pressure.
Duties will include:
• Working with clients to ensure that all delivery transportation requirements are met.
• Accurately and efficiently process road freight bookings.
• Demonstrate flexibility and team skills.
• Working closely with the supply chain manager.
• Some previous experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Client service responsibilities.
• Answer the telephone and emails.
