The Company
A market leading provider of job costing and accounting software to advertising, marketing and PR agencies in the UK and around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Analyst to join our dedicated support team.
The Job
Working closely with the existing team, the role will involve providing telephone and email support for clients, analysing problems and proposing solutions, systems administration and ongoing maintenance of IT systems, writing and updating technical documentation.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Microsoft SQL Server; Citrix; Virtualisation technologies, including Hyper-V, clustering, SAN, NAS; Networking; Apache Tomcat; Active Directory; Firewalls.
The Person
The successful candidate must be a good communicator, demonstrate excellent team working skills and want to deliver outstanding customer experience to internal and external clients. Involvement with ISO27000 certification would be advantageous.
What we offer
Full time, permanent contract, 9.00am to 5.30pm, with one hour for lunch
