We are a leading UK manufacturer of flexible packaging with a ‘state of the art’ facilities in Cheriton, Folkestone and are looking to add to the successful team.
We are currently seeking a well organised customer orientated individual to join the internal customer administration team. The successful applicant must be a good communicator, written and spoken and have experienced in building strong business relationships. You will demonstrate high systematic approach to administration tasks with competent IT skills especially Microsoft EXCEL.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer liaison and administration for sales from enquiries to order placement, inventory planning and support for external sales in a small and busy integrated team.
Suitable applicants will meet the following criteria:
• Have a min ‘A’ level qualification.
• Possess excellent English written and oral.
• Be able to demonstrate that you can work to a high standard with Microsoft EXCEL.
• Ideally have experience of working within a manufacturing environment with customer liaison experience.
• Demonstrate an ability to work with others and on your own initiative to deliver services.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
