Estate Caretaker
£17,036 per annum, pro rata
9 Month Fixed Term Contract
We’re looking for a skilled and professional Estate Caretaker to bring their expertise to the Estates Team. You will need to love working with people and always ready to use your knowledge and experience to make a real difference to the lives of our customers.
The role will include a range of estate management and maintenance tasks, mainly for the external built environment but on occasions light maintenance will also be required to be dealt with.
The ideal candidate will have the following –
Experience of light maintenance and repairs work
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds
Ability to deal with members of the public, staff, community representatives etc in a courteous, effective and professional manner.
A Full UK Driving Licence
