Face to Face, part of our New Business team, have an exciting year ahead with the launch of new software, changing strategies and many more developments in the pipeline which we expect will result in a significant growth in customer bookings and the potential for further growth within the department. A rare opportunity has arisen, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to join on a full time basis in Chatham.
It’s an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to get involved in projects to develop the team’s capabilities. You will have exposure to Marketing, New Business and other areas of the business as well as lead, coach, motivate and manage the team to meet the department’s targets, continuously looking to drive performance and ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
In the role you will:
• Support the New Business, Marketing and the Face to Face Management team to drive process improvements
• Drive staff engagement to support positive customer experiences.
• Coach and develop staff so they can reach their full potential through the perfect customer welcome.
• Support the bank’s commitment to delivering excellent quality throughout the customer's application and activation process.
• Support the bank to identify expressions of customer dissatisfaction ensuring positive customer outcomes and identification of improvements.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Support new business projects/products and services in line with marketing activities and within agreed budgets
• Support robust operational rigor in the department ensuring operational risks are identified and appropriate controls are established
Skills and Experience
• Previous project management experience or exposure in a digital arena.
• Experience within a Team Leader or similar role.
