Invicta Motors Tunbridge Wells are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Reception Host!
This key customer facing role would suit candidates with a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude, projecting a professional and courteous image at all times.
Duties include the greeting of all guests and visitors to the dealership, passing and directing all enquiries, ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred to the appropriate department or associate, keeping the reception area in accordance with dealership standards, as well as providing ad-hoc administrative support to other departments when needed.
Previous Welcome Host/Reception experience, ideally within the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
Essential attributes:
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming telephone manner
• Excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Enthusiastic, helpful, respectful and courteous to guests and colleagues
• Flexibility in approach
• Honest with high levels of integrity and drive to succeed.
