Do you enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in at work? A busy and varied day - everyday? Does a role where you can be fixing the coffee machine one minute, then booking round the world flights and doing HR Admin the next sound appealing to you? If you never want to be bored in your job again, this is the one for you.



We are looking for a Facilities / HR Administrator to be based in Maidstone. As a part of this very varied role, your duties will be:

* HR Administration - new starters, leavers, holidays, referencing etc
* Planning staff events and parties from venues and catering to taxi's home
* Booking travel around the world for business representatives
* Sending details to payroll each month for bonuses, hours and salary increases
* Keeping a record of holiday and sickness
* Keeping meeting rooms presentable at all times
* Ensuring all appliances are working and arranging them to be fixed when they aren't
* Ordering of all stationary and office supplies
* General problem solving and administration



In this role, you will never be bored with so many different aspects to the job. Due to the location of this office, you will need your own transport to get there. If you are interested apply now. If successful, you would be able to start immediately after an interview.
