Calling all experienced senior level Marketing Managers - fantastic opportunity to join a Maidstone based international business to develop and deliver the companies vision, aims and objectives.

Reporting to the MD, this appointment could see you taking your next step in your career. The role will see you supporting and working with the Senior Management Team to create a detailed Annual Marketing Plan that will form an important part of the overall company Business Plan. Along with supporting and developing the Communications Strategy and reinforcing the internal culture.

Using a dynamic and forward-thinking approach, you will work with all departments within the business and alongside its international partners to deliver creative marketing activities in an effective and timely way. The ideal candidate will have examples of taking an idea or brief and pro-actively developing it through to delivery with first class results.

You will have strong experience in marketing products within a B2B role with proven marketing and promotions experience. You will need a good understanding of online and off line marketing along with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with good project management and creative abilities.

A Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification, and an all round mix of marketing experience will be essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken is also necessary.

You will be an effective leader and manager of others, and have developed a confident style to ensure implementation of activities is achieved. This is an ideal opportunity for your next career step within a successful and growing organisation.

In return you can expect to receive a package worth up to £60K per annum, depending on experience.
