Based in Maidstone our client is looking for an experienced Customer Care Team Leader who will be responsible for delivering a superior customer service to their clients whilst leading the customer care and account management team to ensure the smooth flow and handling of inquiries, support requests and complaints and drive departmental goals and objectives.

Establish and maintain a positive and effective management style in order to build and engaged and high performance team by providing regular day-to-day leadership of the team and striving to provide outstanding level of support to end-users. Handle queries and offer solutions within specified time frame and provide a better service through creating and implementing innovative ideas. Provide monthly management reports.
