We have an exciting opportunity to join a small friendly family run company who have been in business for over 30 years.
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator on a full time basis working Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm.
The main duties include:
Supporting the team with a variety of activities and performing administration duties
Process customer sales orders (via Email, Fax and Telephone)
Support External Sales Team with Quotes and Administration
Resolve any issues or queries quickly, ensuring high level of customer service
Mange relationships with suppliers and customers
Follow up mailshots and advertising campaigns
Maintain good personal telephone presentation
Organise stationary supplies as required
Assist with updating the company social media sites
Person Specification:
Professional & Excellent telephone manner
Confident speaking in front of clients
Sales and Administration experience is key
Enthusiastic
Team player and willing to help out in any situation
Some experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
The company offers 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and a company pension after 6 months.
