6 Months Fixed Term Contract - 2 Days Per Week
The Role
Knauf, a market leader in the construction product industry are currently looking for a highly skilled individual to join our administration team as a Customer Administrator on a part time basis, 2 days per week, on Thursdays & Fridays. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, with excellent numerical and written skills, to help offer our customers an outstanding service with regard to their queries.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Administrator, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
• To be a pivotal point in the receipt, processing, settlement and or rejection of customer queries and Price Support claims within a specified timeframe.
• To process pricing queries or claims accurately and with a high level of efficiency.
• To process Project Support within specified timeframes
• To provide timely statistical reports for analysis.
• To maintain SAP and POD System.
• To audit customer systems to ensure the accuracy of claims made.
• To monitor internal workflow of complaints through the CRM system.
• To maintain high levels of communication with other departments and hauliers.
• Any other duties as requested by the Customer Administration Manager.
• Professional interaction with Customers.
• Provide timely performance statistics for analysis.
• Take ownership and resolve Customer issues within set parameters.
Requirements
• Maths and English GCSE/O Level Grade C as a minimum.
• High interpersonal skills to develop and sustain good working relationships with key internal and external departments.
• IT literate.
• Must have good numeracy and written communication skills.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Proven skills in Service Recovery.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes would be an advantage.
• Ability and desire to deliver exceptional levels of Customer Service.
• Comfortable working with conflict management, able to find routes to positive outcomes.
• Adapt effectively to changing needs.
• Previous experience in pricing support would be desirable but is not essential
• Helps create an environment of great teamwork.
