Sales Manager ( Transport/Construction/Infrastructure) Based in Ashford, Kent
Salary From £25,000 DoE plus commission scheme

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead our significant expansion plans within rail, construction, power and utilities. You will develop and deliver the sales plan for selected industries in line with our sales and marketing plan and in consultation with the business Managing Directors.
Your primary responsibility will be the achievement of sales targets within strategic parameters, and to lead the sales developments. You will also work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams within the business to deliver integrated marketing plans.
We see this as a progressive role with large earnings potential, with the ability to expand the sales team in due course. The company requires an outstanding individual to lead from the front with his/her sleeves rolled up.

We are a Professional Services provider focused on Project Management, Consultancy services and Recruitment, primarily, but not exclusively, within the Transportation, Construction and Nuclear industries.

Salary will be very much dependent on previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and close sales
• Enhance sales with existing clients
• Present new products and services
• Generate weekly sales reports giving the Directors clear views on success and progress
• Identify opportunities and engage the support team in forming sales strategies

Person Specification

• Background in sales within one of our target industries
• Significant drive, energy and enthusiasm who can inspire and lead those around them
• Great communication skills and the ability to connect with people
• Ability to organise their time effectively.
• Line Manager / Supervisory experience would be an advantage
• Excellent presentation skills
