Role Duties include
- Incoming and Outgoing calls to and from clients/ providers
- Data input and Main Database updates
- Booking of client appointments
- Answering General Queries on the process, products and providers
- Introduction calls to clients
This role is prodomenantly customer service however you will be targeted on appointments booked.
37.5 hours across Monday - Friday. One Saturday in every 4/5 weeks. (9-1 hours)
Shift work - TBD in the telephone/ face to face interview
Commission will be available after probation
CII Exams offered - expenses paid for by the company should you wish to progress to become a qualified Paraplanner / Financial Adviser
