We are looking to recruit Call Handlers who will eventually train up be Controllers.
Daily duties will include dealing with customer enquirers and their booking requirements for taxis or coach travel. We require a high level of customer care as we value all our customers and their transport needs.
Once proficient with all our operating system and call handling you will be trained to Control our busy fleet of drivers and vehicles and vehicles ensuring maximum utilization.
Admin duties will form part of the working day therefore you will need a good standard of English.
You must be willing to work shift patterns which include early starts and late finishes.
Starting pay is N.M.W with an increase after probation period and satisfactory development and future career progression leading to further incentives.
