Cyclepods Ltd design and install innovative bike and scooter parking.
We are currently looking for a full time Installation Co-ordinator to join our team working from our office in Westerham, Kent. If you are applying for this role, you will need to have excellent communication, people and organisational skills; be able to multi task and work under pressure; take the initiative as an individual as well as working as part of our team to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring the efficient installation of our products.
Other duties will include :
• The production of cost-effective install schedules.
• Sourcing and overseeing sub-contractors where required.
• Stock control and the management of deliveries to ensure
timely availability of products.
• Co-ordination of Installation logistics and timely
communication to Installations Team.
• Sourcing and hiring cost effective specialist tools and
equipment.
• Associated Health & Safety responsibilities of installations.
• Co-ordination and support for self-installation deliveries.
A knowledge of working within the Construction Industry would be preferred but is not essential.
Training to be provided where necessary.
