Managing our Employee Relations function, we’re looking for someone who can lead our dedicated team of ER Advisors to proactively manage employee relationships across the business.
What we’re looking for and what you’ll get in return
• You’ll use your detailed knowledge and proven experience to manage a motivated and highly experience team and ensure Employee Relations issues are dealt with proactively and consistently
• You’ll develop strong and effective working relationships with the business, developing and promoting HR policies & procedures to ensure consistency of application across the business as well as compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
• As well as working in partnership with the business you’ll also work closely with our team of HR Business Partners as well as the HR Centres of Excellence using the passion, expertise and knowledge they have for their areas to deliver fit for purpose HR interventions and support with complex ER activities
• Keeping up to date with current case law and legislative changes is essential, as such you’ll take responsibility for cascading and integrating this into the wider HR team
• Flexibility is key as you’ll be managing Employee Relations issues across all three of our sites so regular travel to our London and Bradford offices will be required
• Most of all, we’re looking for someone who loves what they do and wants to come and work for a company where your personality, creativity and drive is just as valued as your skills and experience
