We are looking for Support Workers. Aiding Independence support people with mild learning disabilities to live independently in the community. This maybe in their own homes, with parents or in an independent living skills house.
You will need :- A passion for caring for people, a willingness to adopt our approach of guiding, advising and supporting-but not doing, you must have infinite patience and a good sense of humour.
You must be flexible and willing to work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis this includes early mornings, evening, weekends and sleep in duties.
We are not domiciliary agency and operate very differently with the support sessions for our clients requiring specialised creative support.
Pay rate starts at £7.50 per hour and full training is provided.
