Our well established client is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Co-Ordinator who is available to start as soon as possible.
The main duties of the role will be to go on site and price up projects which will include pricing of materials, labour etc. and then carry out quality repairs and maintenance.
The ideal candidate MUST hold a CSCS Card as will be working on some building sites, and also have a clean driving licence as a van will be provided.
You will report to the office on a weekly basis to obtain the schedule for the following week and also contact suppliers and ensure all materials for the job are provided.
This role is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
