Randstad CPE is working in partnership with a national FM services provider to identify an experienced, highly skilled and qualified Plumber. Having reassessed the workload on one of their busy commercial contracts they now need to bolster and expand their maintenance team.



You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on commercial maintenance contracts. Further requirements include:



* Extensive knowledge of heating and plumbing systems
* City & Guilds qualified in a plumbing or mechanical discipline
* Extensive knowledge of plumbing and heating reactive repairs and ppms and planned maintenance.
* Experience working in a commercial environment
* Mechanical knowledge and experience



As a Plumber on this contract you will be part of a team who complete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across a large commercial site. This role also offers successful candidates:



* Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
* Overtime Available
