Your new company
Permanent finishing foreman required by a Kent based house builder. with a rapidly growing order book and equally ambitious build targets they are considered on of the fastest growing Construction companies in the region. Working on new build residential schemes in the 50 - 200 unit mark projects are typically located in the Kent and South London area with approximately 10 schemes currently on site. Due to internal movements they now seek a permanent Finishing foreman to join their Maidstone Project.

Your new role
As Finishing foreman you will be personally responsible for taking approximately 30 units from 1st Fix through to CML handover. Reporting to the on site PM you will be co-coordinating trades, snagging & De-snagging units, overseeing H&S and putting together the relevant documentation for the CML.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a permanent role and as such a stable background is favourable, Previous assistant site manager or finishing foreman experience is essential as are good it skills and valid 1st Aid & CSCS qualifications.
