Compliance Administrator
Kings Hill
£20,000 + flexi-time + pension + private medical + life assurance + study package
40 hours a week between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Would you like to work in state of the art modern offices, which have just been designed to create an excellent work life balance in the office? You can have a meeting in a pod one minute and then chill out on a bean bag in your lunch hour! How about leaving early on a Friday and going away for a long weekend and coming in later on a Monday morning. With this role you are on flexi- time so you have the flexibility to work the hours which suit you.
This is an exciting, varied and challenging role for someone who loves documentation, polices and procedures in a compliance based role. This role focuses on meeting FCA regulatory requirements to ensure that operational processes and procedures treat customers fairly. You will assist in developing, maintaining and also revising polices and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Monitoring Program and manage the day-to-day operation of this programme. You will identify areas of potential vulnerability and develop corrective action plans.
Attention to detail will come naturally to you and you will have a keen interest in compliance. You will be able to build good working relationships and be competent at decision making. You will ideally have administration experience within compliance or a legal environment.
