Personal Assistant / Office Manager job, West Malling, £25,000 upwards, working for an Engineering company

This engineering company based in West Malling have created a new position for somebody to join their business to undertake a cross over role of Personal Assistant / Office Manager.
Your new role
Your dual role will involve providing executive support to the General Manager and Senior Leadership team where required, as well as managing the office facilities. The PA side of your role will involve diary management, travel booking, co-coordinating high level meetings, client liaison, minute taking, monitoring invoicing as well as any ad hoc admin duties where required. Managing the office facilities will involve completing and recording inspections of the office ensuring all compliance standards are met and legislation is up to date. You will be required to liaise with contractors and landlords overseeing all security, maintenance and general facilities.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working with in a Personal Assistant / Office Management role will get you off to a flying start in your new role. As you will be representing the business at all levels it is essential that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are confidential and professional at all times. Previous experience of minute taking will be a crucial success factor in this position, as well as your strong Microsoft Office skills. A background working with in Engineering or similar industry is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £25,000 upwards per annum. Your will be working 37.5 hours a week and receive 25 days holiday plus statutory. There is on-site parking available.
