Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our well established client based in Chatham, to work initially on a temporary basis. The position is on going and may lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
In addition to reception and telephone duties, other duties will include maintaining databases and records, assisting with co-ordination of meetings and events held within the office and provision of administration support services.
The successful candidate will be able to prioritise and manage their own time and will have previous experience of providing administrative support to management in a busy environment. You will also have good IT knowledge particularly MS Office. An excellent telephone manner and previous experience within a customer facing role are also required.
The hours of work are 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, however some flexibility for holiday\sickness cover will be required.
