Customer Service Administrator

12 month contract

£16,000 - £17,000

Based in Margate


Key duties of the Customer Service Administrator

Working with supplier reservations departments
Entering and tracking bookings on in-house systems
Creating & sending information packs
Managing customer enquiries by email and phone
Liaising with customers & suppliers for amendments/updates to bookings
Managing availability & closing out dates & bookings where applicable
Monitoring online sales sites and entering bookings onto our systems
Develop and manage online marketing tools / social media site
Emergency phone duty once every 4 weeks.
Any ad hoc duties as required by the company.


The successful candidate will be familiar with online marketing using tools such as Facebook and Twitter.

They will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, well-organized and committed to maintaining solid customer and supplier relationships. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. Full training will be given on all aspects of the role.
