LOVELY ROLE ---- 1 years maternity contract
Working with a team of lovely girls in the HR/Recruitment administration department, based in north Tonbridge.
This is a busy and varied role. Some HR or Good administration experience is necessary
You will be dealing with day to day HR admin and recruitment needs.
Coordinate DBS appointments for Staff with the relevant members of staff.
Coordinate DBS/training dates with the Training Department for Staff.
Liaise with all departments, particularly the Training Department
Maintain a polite, articulate and professional manner, especially when dealing with Carers.
Review DBS policies to ensure effectiveness and recruitment programmes
