Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £20K - £22K
We are seeking a pro-active and experienced customer service administrator to deliver a professional, efficient and personalised service to Saving and Investment clients.
This role will cover a wide range of administrative tasks, including checking new account applications, Know your Customer and Anti Money Laundering validation, authorising dealing instructions from clients, keying transactions, account maintenance and liaison with the external 3rd party providers we work closely with. Acting as the first point of contact for Saving and Investment customers, you will also handle a diverse range of customer enquiries including complaints handling both written and on the telephone.
The successful candidate will have a proven experience of working within a financial services environment, preferably banking or investments. Knowledge of investment platforms and anti money laundering validation would be beneficial. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with confidential information. You will have strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a good level of customer service. A team player, you will be able to work under guidance and your own initiative. A strong attention to detail is essential for this role with a high standard of numeracy and literacy together with competency in MS Office.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
