Our client is currently looking for a Management Accountant on a 1-3 month contract. This role could have the potential of going permanent.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation and maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of financial MI
- Preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Be a key contact for the management reporting for the business
- Understand and analyse business drivers and the impact they have on long term plans
- Preparation of KPI reports which include the variance analysis
Your background:
- Qualified accountant with at least 2 years of experience in management accounts
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulae
- Strong analytical mentality with ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Take ownership of tasks and challenges to see through to completion
