Do you have experience of leading a team?

Has your experience been within a call centre environment?

Are you passionate about coaching, mentoring and driving a team to achieve their KPIs?



If so we may have the perfect opportunity for you.



Working for a local family run business where employees matter, you will have experience of leading a team of Sales Co-ordinators to build relationships with existing and lapsed clients. This is a permanent, full time role, working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm.



Your duties will involve;



* Supervision of Telemarketing Operatives performance via call sheets and call activity
* Monitor performance of all Telemarketing Operatives and initiate appropriate performance related action where required
* Recruitment of Telesales Operatives
* Monitor Area Sales Representatives performance, call sheets & call rates
* Monitor Area Sales Manager activities
* Maintain weekly contact with Group Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers regarding customer contact and Area Sales Representative's actions
* Liaise with Group Sales Manager on any performance issues raised by the Sales Co-ordinators regarding their Area Sales Managers or Area Sales Representatives
* Responsible for the production of monthly KPI reports for Telemarketing Operatives, Area Sales Managers and Area Sales Representatives
* Monitor and log all required sales returns from depots, call information and appointment lists
* Organise and attend sales force training meetings at conference facilities where required
* Organise and monitor the company's sales initiatives and mail shots
