Randstad CPE is working in partnership with a large Maintenance Contractor specialising in social housing property maintenance to identify an experienced and highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer / Customer Liaison Officer. Having reassessed the workload on several busy contracts they now need to bolster and expand their team.



You will be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual, with a proven track record of working on similar contracts. Further requirements include:



* Must have excellent interpersonal skills, gained from a similar previous role
* Have a controlled temperament and approachable personality
* Have high attention to detail
* Flexible approach to work
* Must have own vehicle



Duties include:



* Acting as a first point of contact for the tenants and dealing with any queries that tenants may have
* Producing appropriate communication material, e.g. letters, leaflets, for distribution or display, in relation to the planned kitchen and bathroom works.
* Booking in appointments with tenants ensuring they are aware of where and when the work will be done
* Providing support for residents during planned works
* Maintenance and correlation of tenants contact information
* Resolving any potential issues and dealing with complaints
* Covering Hastings, Polegate, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells
