Business to Business Sales Executive
Your Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound sales calls, customer service, and initiating outbound sales calls to exceed assigned activity/revenue targets
* Develop and expand an existing customer base and client relationships
* Identify and qualify leads and develop prospects for the Sales team
* Coordinate and distribute all sales inquiries and other important information to the appropriate account manager to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide support to the Sales team, with a primary focus on accounting, sales and customer service
* Liaise directly with our business partners & team members on product pricing, general account enquiries
* Manage account processes from start to finish
* Produce regular reports on customer and product data
* Spearhead and implement new sales data reporting techniques, feeding into our wider company data intelligence
