Us:
We’re a new, well funded, fast growing SAAS start-up, looking for an organised and energetic B2C and B2B marketeer with a passion for Growth Hacking to help drive growth.
You:
You will probably have some start up experience already. You could be a recent Graduate. You may have had a go at your own tech product/business already and have demonstrable success or failure. Working hand in glove with the founders, you have a chance to work side by side with some truly inspiring people.
You will be responsible for lead generation (instigating, deploying and optimising a range of digital acquisition marketing initiatives) for this fast growing company.
We need a high energy, motivated, 'can do' digital native with first rate organisational and analytical skills. The more analytical and data driven, the better.
The role will work directly with the CEO and founders of the business and help to drive acquisition of consumers and build new brand awareness.
Responsiblities
You will be responsible for
• Inventing and setting the marketing strategy
• Driving acquisition across all chosen digital channels (PPC, SEO, social media, display ads)
• Increasing the consumer base with small monthly budgets
• Analysing campaign performance
• Providing insight to the CEO and co-founders to guide future campaigns
• Creating a strong content marketing strategy
• Guiding the PR and brand strategy to help increase brand exposure
• Integrating communications across channels and making sure that tone of voice is aligned
• Building new brand awareness.
And You Will Have
• A solid knowledge of growth marketing techniques and tactics
• A few years of experience in a digital marketing role or a relevant degree
• Enjoy working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
• Preferably previous involvement in a startup.
