An opportunity has arisen to join a well established and growing financial services business as a Financial Controller based in Kent.
Heading up the Finance Team you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts across the group are reconciled monthly
- Manage any unreconciled differences
- Managing the month end processes, identifying improvements to shorten the process and highlighting issues.
- Authorising account changes, setting up new supplier accounts and authorising treasury payments
- Line manage and coach 2 direct reports carrying out performance management and their development.
- Maintain the company`s compliance standards.
Suitable candidates will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with previous experience gained from a similar role.
You will have detailed knowledge in IFRS accounting standards as an essential.
